We are recruiting for an experienced ICT Security Manager within proven technical infrastructure experience to manage ICT Security and Governance as well as Network and Technical architecture across our infrastructure network. They will be responsible for the companies ICT security and network architecture ensuring that it continuously improved to ensure the network remains safe from external threats. They will directly influence the retention of our ISO 27001 accreditation. They will assist with the resolution of ICT support Incidents and Service Requests escalated by the 3rd line engineers. The successful candidate will have a background as a infrastructure engineer and proven experience managing ICT Security.
The successful candidate will have:
o 2-3 years’ experience of dedicated ICT Security management
o Background as a technical infrastructure engineer
o Proven experience of managing ICT networks
o Experience of troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10
o Experience of working towards or retaining ISO 27001 (advantageous not essential)
o Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
o Full – UK Drivers Licence
You would be responsible for:
Investigating and resolving ICT Security issues
Highlighting risks and present monthly reports to Information Security Management Board
Detailing ICT security policies and procedures
Reviewing processes and procedures to ensure certification with ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus
Reviewing tender documents to review risks and ensure compliance with client’s requirements
Reviewing supplier contracts and assess security capability and potential improvements
Assessing the security of inbound products and services
Ensuring that firmware levels are maintained and ensure network devices configurations are saved and backed up
Ownership of overall network architecture, network security and defining network policies and procedures
Assisting with the restoration of ICT services following system or network outages
Implementing network performance monitoring (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
Assisting in the troubleshooting high level technical and integration issues
